Euthanasia at home

We understand how difficult it can be to make a decision about when is the right time to say goodbye. We offer consultations to assess quality of life, or if you have decided it is time for euthanasia, we will go through the process with you prior to the appointment.

Contact us

If you have any questions or wish to discuss your pets condition please do not hesitate to get in touch.

We send out a quality of life questionnaire on request, prior to the appointment to help families make an informed decision.

Euthanasia

Euthanasia means to have a "good death" and we strive to make the passing of your pet as peaceful as possible. We always give a sedative injection under the skin prior to the euthanasia, so your pet can go sleepy whilst sat with you and isn't aware of the final injection. If your pet is nervous about injections we can supply medications that you can give prior to our arrival which will ease any anxiety.

Cremation or burial

We work alongside a crematorium called Wild Woods.

They offer cremation with options for return of ashes.

If you have a garden you may wish to bury your pet at home, or you may wish to arrange your own choice of crematorium.
